ANNUAL MAINTENANCE & SECURITY AGREEMENT (first year)
We are presently offering a fixed rate of £85 plus vat regardless of the size of your property (up to 5 bedrooms) for the first year on our annual maintenance & security agreements. These contracts are for a period of three years. Normal rates apply (depending on the size of property) in years two and three. Click here for rates
